Easy Baked Broccoli Chips Recipe
Have you ever tried baked broccoli chips?
Recently one of my friends posted a link to a Tiktok video of a girl making keto and low carb crispy broccoli cheddar rounds.
Since I am on my diet and trying to watch what I eat. It intrigued me…
In fact, it intrigued me so much that I went out and bought a brand new food processor!
Well… I’m not sure if making the same recipe is for everyone. The reason I say that is because I tried the seasonings she used the first time and I wasn’t the biggest fan. Which is totally fine and to each their very own. I just needed a little more kick! 🙂
I love her concept though and a big shout out to Mandy Leigh Mitchell for coming up with this genius and healthy idea.
With this recipe, I just made a couple of minor changes to work a little better in my home. 🙂#
Those changes included the following…
- Instead of Almond flour, I used all-purpose flour that I already had on hand.
- Also, instead of using the seasonings, Mandy chose I used Nashville Hot and Smokehouse Maple seasoning!
- At first, I wasn’t sure how well they would go together but… emm! It was good and gave it the flavoring I wanted.

After making this recipe do you think I am still happy with the choice of buying a new food processor?
Absolutely… I needed to do that for quite some time and I am super pumped about the food recipes I will be bringing your way in the future!
Also, by the way, did you know prior to this post that there is a Nashville hot seasoning out there now?
I didn’t until recently when I was looking at some weight watcher friendly hacks! It is soooo good and I’ll link to it here so you don’t miss out!
