First, cut the bottom of the watermelon (this is important) because it will help the watermelon to stand up.
Second, carve out the mouth and make the teeth jagged. It is just like carving a pumpkin but easier!
After that, you will dig out the watermelon.
Then, using the watermelon you have taken out. Next, you’ll cut that up and set aside, next cut the pineapple, cantaloupe, and honeydew.
If you wish to add other fruit such as blueberries and grapes be sure to add them all together and to add for inside the mouth.
After that, add the eyes to the watermelon. You will need to cut up a cucumber and shape two pieces of the cucumber to look like a polygon. Add the cucumber to the watermelon and use the toothpicks to hold in place.
Lastly, you will add two cut black olives to the cucumbers to give the eyes a realistic look. There you have it and now that’s how you make a not so scary monster!
