Learn how to play the St Leprechaun Game that will get you noticed on St. Patrick’s Day! It’s not because your green and you have Patrick’s hair cut.
The St Leprechaun Game
It’s because St Patrick’s day games have never turned a player into a green shamrock at least not any game we’ve heard of.
However, the best part is that we are not turning players into shamrocks either. Nope, just a silly leprechaun that has a lot of cash prizes.
Why, because our kids love it and we see gold in that! It will have your kids laughing, having fun, and doing something extra fun for St. Patty’s day.

Ready to learn how to make the St Leprechaun game shirt? This is a fun DIY craft for St. Patrick’s day!
First, what you will need to do is place the dollar bills into snack-sized bags (like these snack bags here!)
Next, set out the novelty items you will want to add to your St. Patrick’s Day party shirt.
Then, after your glue gun is hot.
Arrange the items on your shirt where you would want them to go. You will just want to divide coins throughout the shirt so each guest has an opportunity to keep one.
Tip: Keep in mind the size of the shirt because it will depend if you want a child or adult wearing the shirt for the race. If you have a large shirt you will have more room and could put more novelty items or prizes for guests to find.
We liked putting the items on the back and the arms of the shirt. It was easier for the runner and the activities surrounding the stpatricksdaygames.
The best way to stick on the items is to add hot glue in the middle of each item and place it on the shirt.
For example, in the picture above.
I used hot glue because it was easier for the kids to pull the items off the shirt.
After all of the items are glued and dried the leprechaun shirt will be finished. You are ready for the games! Line up the players and let the kids race around the yard trying to see who gets the most stuff. The player that grabs the most gold coins wins a prize.
