A Potty Training Hack For Travel
You Don’t Want To Miss
When you’re traveling and your child is potty training it is really different to wake up in a hotel room to go potty in the middle of the night, a relatives home, or anywhere that is a different place. A child’s comfort level at night may not be the same as if they were at home. If your child is potty training and in an unfamiliar place it’s likely they may not remember how to get to the bathroom or be scared to go and have an accident in bed.
Awesome Mom Hack
To help prevent a set back with potty training. I have created a glowing light up path. This path is really EASY and SIMPLE to make. This potty training hack works AWESOME for night time in an unfamiliar area.
What You Need:
All you need is Glow Stick Necklaces that you can find here and Elmer’s Tac ‘N Stik Reusable Adhesive if you would like it to stick closer to the wall.
Place the necklaces together to make a long glowing strand path. You’ll then place the glow strand along the wall and use the reusable adhesive to help hold it against the wall. You will want to lead the path from your child’s room to the bathroom. This creates a light up path for your child to follow at night and they can feel safe and know exactly how to get to the bathroom and back to their bed.
My children loved it and were so thrilled about having a light up path, that they wanted to get up and go potty in the middle of the night because of it. Mission Accomplished! 😎
