Dear Foster parent,
You are amazing! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do for these kids. I couldn’t thank you enough for taking the time to put them first.
I know it’s not easy waking up in the middle of the night to rock that precious baby girl or baby boy to sleep at 2 AM when you have to be up at 5 AM. But you are doing it with the utmost respect.
Thank you for changing their diapers, knowing their favorite food, and brushing their teeth. Whether you know it or not without you… they would be lost.
Always know that God placed that special little guy or girl in your life because you are what they NEEDED!
Never forget that you are their superhero! I know there are hard days. Being a parent or foster parent is not always easy.
In fact, I know the heartbreak you go through when they have to leave. Just know… you are NOT alone. There is a bandwagon full of us mama’s out there.

Study the effects of trauma. These kids are going through so much! The more you can prepare yourself the better it will be for both of you.
