Guacamole Halloween Appetizers

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 1 bag carrots
  • 1 bag blue corn tortilla chips
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 red pepper

Instructions

  • You will need to pit and peel three ripe avocados.
  • Using a fork, mash the avocado in a medium mixing bowl. 
  • Then mix in the drained tomatoes, chopped onion, and lime juice.
  • The dip should be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

This witch dip can be made in so many exciting ways. After the guac has been made, spread it out on a tray like a face, add carrots as hair, and then blue corn chips as her hat. It is such a fun appetizer guests will love it! I should also mention that you should not forget the eyes (make them out of black olives) and the mouth (make them out of a red pepper).
